The Agras T50 sits at the serious end of the agricultural drone spectrum built for operators who need high-capacity output across large, demanding environments without compromising on stability or control. A coaxial twin-rotor propulsion system combined with a split-type torque-resistant frame keeps the aircraft steady at 40 kg spray payloads and 50 kg spreading payloads, even when wind and terrain push back. Front and rear phased array radars, a dual atomizing spray system, and binocular vision sensors work together to support the full range of precision agriculture operations surveying, spraying, spreading across the kind of varied conditions that commercial farming in the region actually involves.

Two atomizing centrifugal sprinklers deliver a consistent 16 L/min output with tight droplet distribution and a fully sealed system nothing drips, nothing misdirects. When the job calls for higher volume coverage, the optional four-sprinkler configuration pushes total flow to 24 L/min and broadens the spray width across each pass. For manual flight operations specifically, the four-sprinkler setup supports reverse directional spray meaning the aircraft can apply product on both the outward and return leg without stopping to turn, which cuts time significantly on plots where automated routes aren’t the best fit.
Dual pump output reaches 24 L/min double the capacity of the previous generation. The magnetic drive construction eliminates contact seals between the pump mechanism and the liquid path, which removes the corrosion failure point that conventional pump designs encounter after sustained exposure to agrochemicals. Performance holds across open field work, orchard applications, and the elevated temperatures that characterise field operations across the Gulf.
Droplet output adjusts across a 50–500 μm range, giving operators direct control over particle size based on the chemical formulation, application rate, and crop structure in play. Dialling down to finer droplets pushes penetration into dense canopy. Coarser settings cover open field applications efficiently without unnecessary drift.
The solenoid valves shut with precision at the end of every spray pass. No residual drip, no trailing application past the field boundary just a clean stop that keeps chemical use accurate and avoids the compliance problems that come with off-target deposition.
The T50’s spreading system was redesigned at the mechanism level rather than incrementally adjusted. A spiral channel spinning disk works alongside a reworked spreader body to push both throughput consistency and output smoothness beyond what the previous generation could sustain. At 1,500 kg per hour across full field operations, it’s built for the kind of scale where small inefficiencies in distribution compound into significant coverage problems by the end of a session.
Commercial agricultural drone operations run hard frequent cycles, chemical exposure, field dust, heat, and the kind of rough handling that comes with real-world logistics rather than demonstration conditions. The T50 went through hundreds of structured reliability tests covering the stress profiles that actually shorten a working drone’s operational life. The airframe and core systems are built to absorb that environment across a full season without requiring constant maintenance intervention or premature component replacement.
