D-RTK 3 Multifunctional Station

Engineered for demanding field environments, the D-RTK 3 is a multi-role GNSS station that combines powerful antenna hardware with a capable receiver core pulling clean positioning data from every major satellite constellation without skipping a beat. Depending on what the mission calls for, it shifts between base station duty for concurrent multi-drone RTK support, relay station mode for pushing coverage further alongside DJI Dock 3, or rover station mode when ground control point collection is the priority. Paired with the DJI Enterprise app and DJI Terra, it anchors a complete high-precision surveying workflow from pre-flight setup right through to final data accuracy verification.

Relay Station Mode : Break Through Limitations

Dense urban corridors, valley terrain, and dock locations surrounded by interference sources all chip away at operational range relay mode is the answer. Position the D-RTK 3 at height, or drop in the Fixed Deployment Version where a permanent install makes more sense. Either way, the result is the same: video transmission for the Matrice 4 and 4D series gets a serious extension, pushing usable coverage out to 25 kilometres.

Working alongside the Matrice 4 Series, the D-RTK 3 actively monitors the signal path between itself, the remote controller, and the drone flagging obstruction issues as they develop rather than after the fact. When the link starts degrading, the operator gets direction through the remote controller on how to reposition the aircraft to restore clean communication. It keeps the crew informed and in control, rather than troubleshooting blind.

Fully integrated with DJI’s O4 Enterprise video transmission system, the D-RTK 3 brings serious broadcast capability to base station operations. Four externally mounted directional antennas work together to hold a dependable RTK signal across a 15 km radius covering all bearings without dead zones. The setup process is straightforward: one unit, one installation, no additional configuration. Once it’s running, multiple drones can simultaneously draw centimetre-level positioning corrections from a single station, scaling operations without scaling complexity.

The D-RTK 3 isn’t locked into a single role on site. Beyond its base station capabilities, it steps into rover duty when the team needs to walk the ground and log control point coordinates directly. Those points feed back into the aerial data pipeline, tightening up the overall accuracy of UAV survey outputs which matters when the deliverables need to hold up under professional scrutiny.

Adaptable to Various Environments

Designed to go up once and stay running, the Fixed Deployment Version handles outdoor conditions without demanding regular attention. It mounts cleanly onto towers, utility poles, parapet walls, and most vertical structures adapting to whatever the site actually has available rather than requiring purpose-built infrastructure. Power comes from DJI Dock 3 or any standard PoE source, which keeps cabling simple and makes it practical to deploy across long-distance coverage scenarios where running dedicated power would otherwise be a barrier.
